Khan Mughal The Khan Mughal are a clan of the Chughtai Mughal tribe found in and around Azad Kashmir, especially in, Particularly near the mountains and city of Mirpur . These people can also be found in Punjab Pakistan Speaking Punjabi & Siraiki ==History and origin== Most Mughal Khans are descended from the Barlas tribe, the same tribe from which the kings of the Mughals of India sprang from. They arrived during the time of Babur's invasion of India, but it is unknown when or why the clans had split. Mughal historian such as Pir Ahmed Chisti who served as an court imam and calligrapher, during the rule of Akbar had noted most Mughal Khans had a strictly Perso-Afghan culture and looked identical to Afghans, he also noted in his biography of Shahzada Murad Mirza these clans were constantly disobedient to Delhi but continually forgiven almost all of the time.
